You must be at least 13 years of age to use Mayalogy. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Service Description

Mayalogy is an AI-powered astrology and numerology application that provides:

• Vedic birth chart (Kundli) generation and analysis
• Daily, weekly, and monthly horoscope predictions
• Numerology reports and insights
• AI-powered astrological consultations with MAYA
• Compatibility analysis
• Palm reading analysis
• Muhurat (auspicious timing) recommendations
• Vastu guidance
• Gemstone and remedy recommendations

User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Acceptable Use

When using Mayalogy, you agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the application
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Collect user data without authorization
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
• Share account credentials with others

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Mayalogy—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and algorithms—are owned by Mayalogy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without explicit written permission.

Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features may require payment. By purchasing a subscription or in-app purchase:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and app store policies
• Prices may change with prior notice

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAYALOGY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
